Modtrans can provide cleaning services to various types of diesel trucks and equipment.

We have 2 different sized kilns for baking the DPF’s so we can fit a wide variety of sizes and shaped parts.

Why it is important to maintain and regularly service your DPF filter and emissions systems components.

  • A build up of particulate matter in your filters will restrict the exhaust flow and overall performance of your equipment.

We provide a in-depth 5 step cleaning process which includes a pre clean inspection to verify the filter is able to be cleaned. Pneumatic blow out from top and bottom, Thermal baking under programmed temperature setting , the post bake Pneumatic blow out from top and bottom which ensures that any remaining ash that might be in the filter is removed. A final inspection and report are completed, and your filter is ready to be reinstalled. This cleaning process can be used for DPF’s, DOC’s and SCR’s.

Most cleanings have a 24 hour turn around time, 12 of those hours are spent in the kiln.

We do offer pick up and drop off services depending on location.
